Admin Support - Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with daily administrative tasks and office support functions.
2. Manage and organise files, documents, and records (both physical and digital).
3. Support other teams with administrative paperwork, filing, or reports.
4. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to vendors professionally.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents under supervision.
6. Support data entry and maintain accurate internal databases.
7. Help with inventory of office supplies and reordering when necessary.
8. Maintain office equipment logs and report maintenance needs.
9. Assist in coordinating internal events, meetings, and team activities.
10. Provide support for other departments when administrative assistance is needed.
11. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
12. Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Aug'25 and 19th Sep'25
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Currently pursuing/pursued a degree/diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
4. Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
5. A proactive and positive attitude.
6. Should have minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with more than 90% accuracy.
