HR Lead Job Summary:

Our organisation is looking for Lead of HR Operations to oversee all personnel-related matters and provide guidance to use our resources effectively at DOGE-INDIA™.

Expertise in Human Resource management they should be able to design budgets, apply company policies and handle internal HR systems. Bring in innovative ways to motivate the employees to excel in their performance.

Responsible to ensure that our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives of www.Doge-India.com .

 

Basic Requirements: 

1. Calm and Composed, with a natural care for personnel.
2. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
3. Innovative in the recruitment process and procedures, and ability to drive the team with professional ease.
4. Innovative in leading the personnel care, provide care.
5. Patient and attentive to the day-to-day operations of employee.
6. Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
7. Good knowledge of labour legislation.
8. Confidentiality and experience to handle data as per standard digital security methods.
9. Passionate to excel in the role and motivate the team.
    

Responsibilities: 

1. Implement the functional HRMS and internal databases across all facilities, service delivery units and locations.
2. Take care of both recruitment team and internal employee care system.
3. Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems.
4. Lead HR projects like compensation plans, their revisions.
5. Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
6. Design company policies and procedures, implement them and ensure that they are strictly adhered at DOGE INDIA, Inc ( https://doge-india.com ).
7. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements with our employees.
8. Prepare budgets by each company, service deliveries
9. Monitor key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
10. Manage internal employee care projects like job satisfaction surveys
11. Evaluate the effectiveness of our employee benefits, and recommend improvements
12. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
13. Ensure our Employee recordkeeping and data processing procedures are followed as per government laws and company standards.

 

Work Schedule:  Hours often follow typical those of a typical business work week. However, Top management who work late sometimes, expect their Accountant heads also to be available after regular working hours.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of working experience as a Lead of HR Operations.

Work Location: DOGE INDIA, Chennai, TN, India and/or any of it's other branches in India.
