CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Our organisation is searching for Customer Support Compliance Management to manage our Customers/Users who use our Products/Services. Besides, it is an excellent opportunity for all the Fresher candidates  who are looking for Customer Support jobs in Chennai and or it's other branches in India.

Candidates should be well versed with below requirements.

• Helps resolve complaints or appeals related to products and services.
• Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding potential new clients
• Contacting clients to follow up on missing information or incomplete applications
• Evaluating high-risk accounts
• Monitoring customer behaviour patterns within the organisation
• Analysing risk and compliance issues of new product proposals
• Write suspicious activity reports (SARs) and give feedback.
• Study market trends and evaluate customer behaviour

Qualification: Any Degree (or) PG

      3. Final HR Round

Interview & Work Location: DOGE-INDIA., Chennai, TN, India and/or any of it's other branches in India.
