ROR Module Lead - Backend
- Experience in ROR, OOPS concept
- Knowledge of MVC Architecture based frameworks in ROR.
- Exposure on any one of JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, Jquery, CSS and AJAX
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
-Experience in common third-party APIs and gems
- Payment gateway integrations
- Good Knowledge in api applications
- Understanding of best standards, guidelines, etc. and cares about adhering to them
- Ability to handle complex problems from design to execution and deliver in time bound manner under constraints
- Guide cross-functional team to develop, test, support and deploy custom web applications in a ROR environment, keeping up with project processes and deadlines.
- Assist team members in understanding and writing quality code.
- Strong skills in technical leadership, training, mentoring, and communicating.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable ROR modules
- Solve complex performance problems
- Write - clean-, well-designed code and Produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Additional Skills:
- Good analytical, reasoning, logical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
