System Monitoring Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Monitoring Executive to join our dynamic team. The System Monitoring Executive will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, management, and optimization of our organization's computer systems and networks. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage system monitoring tools to ensure the continuous operation of hardware, software, and networks.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to identify and address any issues or anomalies in real-time.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and reports to provide insights into system health and performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, forecast potential problems, and make recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
• Develop and implement proactive measures to optimize system performance, enhance security, and improve reliability.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to system monitoring and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system monitoring, management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
• Experience with system monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization of monitoring solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Work Location: DOGE INDIA™, Chennai and/or it's Branch offices in INDIA.

Starting salary: Rs. 3,00,000.00 - Rs. 5,00,000.00 CTC/PA.
