Talent Acquisition - Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms and social media channels.
3. Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
4. Support in pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for new hires.
5. Maintain candidate and employee databases, ensuring records are accurate and updated.
6. Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
7. Track daily attendance and maintain attendance records of employees.
8. Support the payroll team by consolidating attendance and leave data.
9. Help in managing employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and payroll.
10. Assist in coordinating training sessions, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.
11. Work with the HR team on exit formalities, including resignation acceptance, clearance, and documentation.
12. Maintain proper filing of HR documents and employee records (digital and physical).
13. Research and suggest new hiring and HR process improvement strategies.
14. Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Who can apply

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 17th Aug'25 and 21st Sep'25

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

 

Other requirements

1. BBA or MBA (Completed or Pursuing) Preferred - HR domain

2. Passion in learning things in live environment

3. Typing speed with minimum 25 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.

4. Written communication

5. Good at multitasking

6. Good at conducting SWOT Analysis

7. Expertise in using MS Office products such as MS Excel, Word, PPT

8. A person with a positive attitude/mindset, who takes responsibility & accountability for the allocated tasks
